The Challenge

The Fort Hamilton Holiday Market required a marketing approach that could capture the energy of the holiday season while clearly communicating event details to a broad community audience. The campaign needed to promote not only the event itself, but also the overall experience, including vendors, activities, entertainment, and opportunities for families to come together.

With multiple elements competing for attention, the challenge was to create a cohesive promotional campaign that felt festive and engaging while remaining clear, informative, and consistent with Fort Hamilton Family & MWR branding.

Four people standing in front of a large Christmas tree decorated with colorful lights at night. The group includes a man in a gray puffer jacket, a man in a black jacket, a woman in a U.S. Army uniform, and a woman in a black coat and glasses. The background features a nighttime scene with a decorated bridge and other people celebrating.

The Strategy

To bring the campaign to life, I developed and coordinated a range of promotional assets tailored to different platforms and audiences. These included social media graphics, flyers, digital signage, website content, and supporting event materials.

Each asset was designed to balance festive visual elements with practical information such as event dates, times, location, attractions, and participation details. Throughout the promotional period, I adapted materials as information evolved and worked to ensure that updated details were communicated accurately across all channels.

Display of bronze figurines representing soldiers and civilians, with some holding guns and others carrying bags, alongside decorative glass ornaments.
A large crowd of people gathered outdoors at night, many wearing warm clothing and holiday accessories, in front of a row of houses decorated with Christmas lights and ornaments, likely for a holiday event or celebration.
